Welcome to Over Volume App! This document explains our Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. By creating an account or using the Over Volume mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by both.


Part I: Terms of Use

1. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must provide:

  • Your name
  • A valid email address
  • A valid mobile number

2. Orders and Purchases

  • Placing Orders: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products or services. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.
  • Product Information: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of products, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless otherwise specified.

3. Payment

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): You may pay for your order in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your items.
  • Online Payment: We accept payments via credit/debit card and other digital payment methods. Online payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full credit/debit card details on our servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Information: We require your location details and delivery address to fulfill your orders. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
  • Delivery Times: We will provide an estimated delivery time, but we are not responsible for delays outside of our control (e.g., traffic, weather).

5. Refund and Return Policy

  • 14-Day Refunds: We offer a refund or exchange on most items within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of delivery, in accordance with Qatar's consumer protection laws.
  • Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service through the App or at contact@overvolume.com
  • Exceptions: Certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., perishable goods, personal hygiene items). This will be clearly stated on the product page.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to:

  • Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
  • Interfere with the security of the App.
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Over Volume or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Over Volume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. You agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar, with full consideration given to the Qatar Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 2008).

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


Part II: Privacy Policy

Over Volume ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us when you use our App. This information is necessary to provide you with our services.

  • Personal Identification Information:
    • Name: To identify you and personalize your experience.
    • Email Address: To send order confirmations, receipts, and communication about your account.
    • Mobile Number: To contact you regarding your order status, delivery, and for account verification.
  • Location and Delivery Information:
    • Delivery Address / Location Details: To deliver your orders to the correct address.
  • Payment Information:
    • When you pay online, your payment details are collected and processed directly by our secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit/debit card numbers.
    • For Cash on Delivery, we only record the transaction as paid upon delivery.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Fulfill Your Orders: To process your transactions, manage payments, and deliver the products you have purchased.
  • To Manage Your Account: To create and manage your account and provide customer support.
  • To Communicate With You: To send you transaction-related notices, such as order confirmations, delivery updates, and refund notifications.
  • To Improve Our Services: To understand how our users interact with the App so we can improve its features and usability.
  • To Comply with Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Qatar Consumer Protection Law.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Delivery Partners: We share your name, mobile number, and delivery address with our third-party delivery companies to enable them to deliver your order.
  • With Payment Processors: We share transaction information with our third-party payment gateways to process your online payments securely.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency) in Qatar.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

5. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You have certain rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access and Correction: You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request that we correct any inaccurate information. You can update your information at any time through your account settings in the App.
  • Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at contact@overvolume.com or through the account settings in the App. Upon receiving your request, we will deactivate your account. Your personal data will be permanently and irretrievably deleted from our live systems within 90 (ninety) days of your deletion request. Please note that some data may be retained in our backups for a limited period or as required by law (e.g., for financial records).

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App. We advise you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
